Best friends share everything right? Clothes, food, memories, etc. Its like in the best friend rule book to let your best friend borrow something since you know they'll give it back(eventually). What if your best friend asks to borrow your boyfriend? This is exactly what happens in this novel. Ava, in need of a date to her sister's wedding since her boyfriend dumped her, asks her best friend if she can "borrow" Jason for the evening. The events aren't surprising yet they are incredibly amusing. They are possible yet bizarre. Funny yet complicated, like it always is when a writer pushes together two characters that really dislike each other.In this story of loyalty and teenage drama, Ava finds herself wondering how she'll be able to give Jason back to her best friend when its clear he's everything she'd been searching for. A great story to share with your best friend with an interesting twist at the end.
