this story is about some kids that are freinds one day they made a paper boat to float on water then it goes in the gutter and one of the kids goes down there and gets murdered by some sort of creature then the kids go looking for the creature and find it it is a clown and it is made of fears and it kills some more kids and puts a kid in the mental institution then the kids think they killed the creature but it just went into a deep sleep then thirty years later it came back killing some of the people that tried to kill itand the friends go to kill it and they were successful
