The Proposal

The Proposal

Sandra Bullock does it again. This movie is downright hilarious! I guarantee everyone who watches this will laugh at least once. Though there are a few mature scenes that are inappropriate for younger children because of sexual content, the older teens will get a kick out of it. It starts out with Bullock’s character named Margaret who is a book publisher who’s also a Canadian immigrant with a recently expired visa. So she tells her faithful assistant Andrew (Ryan Reynolds) to marry her so she can stay in the country. He reluctantly agrees. But, in order for the immigration social workers to believe they’re “for real” Margaret and Andrew have to visit Andrew’s family in Alaska. And then the laughs begin…

Recommended to: older teens (16+) because of 2 mature scenes
