Great Expectations by Charles Dickens is a novel filled with twists and turns. Full of mysteries, it will always keep you guessing! Some parts are the novel are difficult to read and understand due to the Old English, but once you get into it a little bit more, your mind starts to adjust to the writing. One of my favorite things about this novel is that it appeals to just about any reader because it has so many different genres in it. Mystery, romance, tragedy, you name it! There were so many parts in this novel that made me think, "Whoa! I didn't see that coming!" When you first see how thick the book actually is, you might be a little bit intimidated, but trust me, it will be a rewarding read!

Recommended to: Anyone who is looking for a challenging, but rewarding read.
