Lori wants her older neighbor, Sean to fall in love with her. Unfortunately, he sees her like one of the guys that she was last summer.
This summer, Lori tries to prove to Sean that she can be girlfriend material, but she realizes that her friend role with Adam, her best friend and Sean's younger brother, seems to be much more important.
Through twisted web of lies, Lori finds herself falling for Adam but yet, Sean is still holds a piece of her heart. Maybe trying so hard to get Sean wasn't the best thing to do...
