The story continues. Bella a younf girl who is in love with a vampire named Edward, is left by her beloved. He dumps her because he doesn't want to harm her. Heartbroken she befriends Jacob a native boy from the Rez, and drama and emotional angst ensues. I really didn't like all the sappy stuff and Bella's whining over Edward. It is in this book that she once again finds that she once again is in a position with beings who aren't really all that human or ordinary.
