Rating: It was alright.
A story about the Great Depression. Times are tough in 1931, but Anna’s family is doing fine. But when Anna Harrington finds out that her friend’s, Dot, family is hungry and may lose their home, she determines to do something. But what? Anna comes up with a plan but will it work? A good story but it seems like it drags on and on. It takes a while to read. The author could’ve done better, I think.
