This is a nonfiction book all about, as you can hopefully guess, psychology. 'Heads Up Psychology' was definitely not your average nonfiction psychology book, though. This book is aimed at teens. That means that the writing style, layout, and content are all interesting and engaging, and that hardly any of it was boring at all. Psychology is a very broad topic, but the author did a good job at choosing what to include in this book. I would highly recommend 'Heads Up Psychology' to anybody who likes this sort of stuff.
