A boy named Noah lives with his "crazy" dad. His dad is called crazy because of the things that he did. The book is about a casino ship that dumps all of their waste into the ocean and Noah's family trying to make sure the rangers of the beach catch the casino ship owner. The narrator of the book is Noah. This book is good because it is kind of a mysterious book.
I would recommend this to: People interested in mystery
