Eragon and Saphira have been through quite a bit. Dear friends have been lost. Traitors have been revealed. Eragon is now Shadeslayer. But they are about to discover something amazing.  Something that brings them hope.

Meanwhile the reader also follows the story of Eragon's cousin, Roran, in Carvahall for he is about to embark on an adventure of his own. I wish I could tell you more but there are so many interlocking twists in this tale that all I can do is implore you to read it!

If you read Eragon then please continue, I promise you it only gets better!
