its about a gangmember that has to take care of his mom and two brothers because he's dad died from being in a gang too. a friend of Alex;the gangmember and him make a bet that he will never get into brittanys pants. Brittany is the perfect white girl that isnt perfect at all. She wants everyone to think that her life is perfect but she has alot of problems at home . she takes care of her 20 year old sister which is "retarded" as some people call them but her parents want to get rid of her. Well anyways the point is that Alex falls in love with Brittany and well they both do.Brittabnby doesnt want anyone to know so they keep it a secret and she wants to change Alex's life as well.The story is really intense you just want to keep reading and find what going to happen next.
