It is said by many people to be one of the best teen movies of all time. I agree with them.
WARNING: Spoilers ahead!
The character Matthew Broderick plays (Ferris Bueller) is very creative and seriously, who wouldn't want to be as awesome as Ferris? I find myself to be very much like Cameron and that his emotional catharsis seemed very real. I was sad when he destroyed his own Ferrari. Also, the principal (the dean of students) is such an idiot and is the character that you'd love to hate.
Overall it is an awesome movie. 80s movie too. It'll give everyone a great laugh.
